There were no reports immediately of damage, and the U.S. Geological Survey is collecting responses from people who felt the tremors. A magnitude 4 earthquake can cause moderate damage.
Well, well, well. It has been awhile since I have talked about America’s armpit but once again, they find their way back onto this website. It looks as if the days are limited for everyone’s least favorite place. Earlier today it was reported that an earthquake took place in North East, Ohio. To me this means one thing, the end is near for Cleveland.
The signs have been out there, we just haven’t been paying attention. Well most of us haven’t. In 2016 one of their pro sports teams won a championship. That alone tells me that God was giving them a farewell gift. Cleveland doesn’t win. Period. When they do, the universe has to strike back.
Some would say Lebron leaving them again would be that strike back. Not me though. LeBron didn’t leave for basketball reasons. He left for personal and family reasons. What is more important than safety? Nothing. He saw this coming. He got the hell out. Good for him.
Cleveland should have stopped there and cut its losses. But nope, they kept going. Drafting Baker Mayfield, trading for OBJ and signing Kareem Hunt. Not many towns can handle that much swagger and sin. Especially one that has zero experience around greatness.
Finally, the news was announced that in addition to the all star game this season, Cleveland will be hosting the 2021 NFL draft. At that point, God had to step in. It is bad enough that 7-9 young men are sent the Browns were their careers will be ruined every single season. He could not let that virus spread further and taint an entire generation of talent.
If the MLB and NFL have any brains they will see this clear sign from our lord and pull the events out of that dangerous death trap. There is surly more bad things to come for North East Ohio and we cannot let our best athletes get caught in the middle of it.
I want Josh Bell nowhere near Cleveland. I am sure the fans of all other teams feel the same way. Just move the game to Pittsburgh. We have a ton of empty seats that Bob Nutting would love to rent at PNC Park.
